It is about 900 meters high, in a savada surrounded by plateaus, known as Tepuys, and has an average temperature of 21.8c. Its currency is the Bolivar, making in this way the purchase very attractive for the travellers.

It is recommended to walk with long trousers and long handles to avoid puri puri (mosquito) bites. It is also recommended the use of sunscreen and hat in this route, because there are just few places with shade for rest. From time to time we stop in streams to drink water and fill our canteens. Upon arrival at the camp, you can bath in the Kukenan River. Dinner and overnight are included.

DAY 2
Our destination is now the abse of Mount Roraima are about 11 km, approximate five hours of trekking. We will walk along Tepuy, passing rocks that have come loose from your place. The vegetation is the same as the first day, mainly savaba. It is recommended to walk in hiking boots, long pants and long sleeved shirts, having the hand raincoat. DAY 3
From the base to the top of the hill are 3 kilometres uphill, from four to five hours of walking. The ramp is just a natural slit that forms a trail that gives the only access to the top of Mount Roraima. This terrain has a high degree of inclination and we recommend the use of long trousers, short sleeve shirt and hiking boots. In certain ponies we must have our free hands to use them holding branches and roots to gain momentum and to be careful with loose stones along that path. We advise the use of tensioner for the knees and ankles, as they are very overloaded.

The flora and fauna are quite luxuriant, where we will be able to observe several species of plants and animals (only exist in Monte Roraima). The climate is very agdável (forest) and along the way you will have the opportunity to observe, from some points, the Gran Sabana. Arriving at the top we should still walk a little further to reach the shelters, caves that are popularly called “hotels”. These are located at an altitude of 2800 meters.
